Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone who accesses or uses MVPLedger. You may use the Service only for lawful, authorized youth-sports organization operations.

You may not

• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.
• Create or operate accounts for organizations you are not authorized to represent, or impersonate another person, household, team, or organization.
• Upload, store, distribute, or execute malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to access another organization’s, team’s, household’s, or user’s non-public data without authorization.
• Bypass authentication, row-level security, role controls, rate limits, audit controls, or other technical safeguards.
• Scrape, crawl, enumerate, or harvest non-public data except through an interface or API MVPLedger expressly authorizes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or intimidate another person, including youth participants, parents, coaches, volunteers, staff, or officials.
• Use organization contact data for unrelated unsolicited marketing, spam, or commercial campaigns.
• Publish private personal, financial, youth, health, hardship, tax, credential, or payment information through a public transparency, registration, fundraising, messaging, or document surface.
• Import records from another platform or provider unless you are authorized to access, export, and use them.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service, including denial-of-service activity or unapproved load testing.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove or quarantine content; preserve evidence; or make disclosures required by law when we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or used unlawfully. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, recurrence, security impact, and legal obligations.
