MVPLedger policy

Terms of Service

Last updated September 17, 2026

Welcome to MVPLedger. These Terms govern access to and use of the MVPLedger website, software, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

MVPLedger is a software-as-a-service Club OS for youth sports organizations. The Service can include organization administration, seasons and programs, teams and rosters, households and players, registration and waivers, scheduling and facilities, RSVP and attendance, communications and documents, fundraising and sponsorships, and financial operations such as dues, balances, payments, expenses, budgets, reconciliation, transparency, and reporting.

MVPLedger is software, not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Club and family funds are intended to move through the organization’s own payment-provider or banking relationship rather than through an MVPLedger-held balance.

2. Accounts and authority

Accounts are for adults and authorized users. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and using only organization, household, player, or team records you are authorized to access. Organizations are responsible for assigning and reviewing user roles and permissions.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid MVPLedger subscriptions are offered according to the organization size and commercial terms displayed when you subscribe. Current public pricing is annual, organization-based pricing rather than per-player pricing. Billing, trial, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms presented during checkout form part of these Terms. We may update pricing for future renewal periods with notice where required.

4. Club and family payments

MVPLedger records and coordinates payment-related workflows but does not take custody of club funds. When an organization enables card payments, Stripe Connect may be used so payment processing occurs through the organization’s connected Stripe relationship. Other payment methods may be recorded as external or manual payments. Third-party provider terms, fees, disputes, chargebacks, payouts, and identity-verification requirements remain governed by those providers.

5. Customer Data

Your organization retains its rights in data it submits to the Service, including organization, team, roster, household, player, registration, waiver, schedule, attendance, communication, document, expense, payment, and related records (“Customer Data”). You authorize MVPLedger to host and process Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have authority to provide Customer Data, including information concerning parents, guardians, coaches, staff, volunteers, and youth participants, and to use it for the organization’s legitimate operations.

6. Imports and third-party platforms

The Service can support staged imports from files exported from other systems and financial providers. You are responsible for having the right to access, export, upload, and use imported records and for reviewing mappings and validation results before committing them to your organization.

Names such as Stripe, Plaid, PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, LeagueApps, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App belong to their respective owners. References describe interoperability or compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Public and shared surfaces

If your organization deliberately enables a public transparency, registration, or fundraising surface, you authorize MVPLedger to display the information configured for that surface. Your organization is responsible for avoiding confidential or unnecessary personal information in fields intended for public display.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, access records without authorization, impersonate another person or organization, distribute malware, or misuse Customer Data. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail.

9. AI-assisted features

MVPLedger may use AI-assisted features to summarize information, explain system-generated signals, draft communications or reports, forecast, and suggest next actions. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing output before taking consequential financial, legal, tax, personnel, safety, or governance actions. MVPLedger is not your lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or CPA.

10. Reports and exports

Reports, exports, board materials, reconciliation summaries, and tax-season packages are organizational tools based on available records. They are not audited financial statements, legal advice, or tax advice, and they do not guarantee compliance with any filing or regulatory requirement.

11. Service availability and security

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to protect availability, confidentiality, and integrity, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security. Organizations should maintain appropriate governance and export practices for records important to their operations.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MVPLEDGER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO MVPLEDGER FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MVPLedger LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or unlawful activity. Data export and retention after termination are subject to the product capabilities, provider backup lifecycle, legal obligations, and the applicable Privacy Policy in effect at the time.

15. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which MVPLedger LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms and will post a revised “Last updated” date; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
